General Terms and Conditions

This document presents the main terms and conditions for transactions on the eli.am website (hereinafter — the Site), including the purchase, delivery, and payment of gifts and gift packages, as well as other transactions. These terms are considered a public offer for regulating relations with clients. These terms may be updated by eli.am at its sole discretion.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This agreement (the Offer) is considered full and unconditional consent (Acceptance) by the client upon registration on the Site or placing an order as a registered or unregistered client, as well as as a partner by agreeing to provide goods or services on the Site.

1.2. The Site presents goods and services owned by eli.am and its affiliated partners.

1.3. Goods and service certificates ordered online can be received via the delivery service, by specifying in advance the delivery address, as well as the name and phone number of the customer or recipient.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The obligation to pay arises when ordering a product or service through the eli.am website, regardless of where the client prefers to receive the order.

2.2. Payment methods are listed in the “Payment” section of the Site, which is an integral part of this agreement — Appendix 1.

2.3. Cash payment is made at the delivery address upon receipt of the order. The customer may open the product or service certificate on site, check its compliance with the description on the website, quality, and quantity, and then make the payment.

2.4. Online payment is made at the time of order placement using the available payment methods on the Site.

2.5. Purchases via bank transfer are available only for legal entities.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1. The delivery service is available daily from 10:00 to 20:00. Delivery delays may occur in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the buyer or recipient will be informed about the change in delivery time.

3.2. Delivery methods are listed in the “Delivery” section of the eli.am website, which is an integral part of this agreement — Appendix 2.

3.3. If the delivered order is not satisfactory to the buyer or recipient for any reason and they wish to return it, the delivery cost must be paid regardless of the value of the ordered gifts.

3.4. To deliver an order to two different addresses, two separate orders must be placed. Within one order, the product or service certificate can be delivered only to one address.

3.5. In Yerevan, price discounts for product delivery do not apply to the delivery of gift package certificates within 24 hours.

4. Exchange and Returns

4.1. The exchange and return of ordered goods and services are carried out in accordance with the letter and spirit of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Consumer Rights.”

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. You acknowledge and agree that all materials on the eli.am website, except customer comments, including but not limited to texts, software, graphic and non-graphic images, audio recordings, music, videos, interactive features, and similar materials (hereinafter — Materials), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (hereinafter — Marks), are owned or licensed by eli.am and are protected as copyright and intellectual property under international conventions and national legislation.

5.2. Site Materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, licensed, or exploited in any other way without the prior written consent of the owners of the Materials.

6. Data Privacy

6.1. Eli.am prioritizes maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of client data. Collected personal data is used to improve the quality of delivery and service and may be shared with third parties only in cases provided for by the Republic of Armenia “Law on Personal Data Protection.”

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Disputes arising in connection with these terms are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
