How is delivery carried out
Orders are delivered using the following methods:

  • Delivery in Yerevan — within 24 hours
  • Express delivery in Yerevan — within 2 hours
  • Delivery to regions — within 1-2 days
  • Express delivery to regions — within 1 day
  • Delivery to regions by post — within 4 working days
  • International delivery — within 10-60 days

How much does delivery cost

  • Delivery in Yerevan within 24 hours costs 1000 AMD.
  • If the total order exceeds 15,000 AMD, delivery is free*.
  • Express delivery in Yerevan costs 1700 AMD.
  • Express delivery to Armenian regions within 1 day is calculated on average at 100 AMD per km.
  • Delivery to Armenian regions by post within 4 working days costs 1500 AMD.
  • International delivery within 10-60 days depends on the destination country.
  • * Delivery of gift packages with a certificate costs 800 AMD regardless of the package price.


How to pay

The following payment methods are available:

– Online payment with MASTER CARD, VISA, and ARCA cards

– Payment via Idram payment system

– Cash on delivery — pay the courier upon receiving your order

– Bank transfer — only for legal entities



What if I don’t like the delivered order

In this case, you simply pay the delivery fee, regardless of the order amount.


Is it possible to change the order

Until the product leaves the warehouse, you can contact us to modify or cancel the order.


How to return or exchange purchased items

Exchange and return of purchased goods and services are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the RA Consumer Rights Law.


Is it mandatory to register on the website to make purchases

Registration is not required to place an order, but it allows future orders to be processed automatically without entering your details again.

When can I receive my order

Your chosen gift will be delivered from our warehouse to your specified address. Delivery is made every day except Sunday.
